Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the batter, then swirl it with a knife.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over the peanut butter layer.

Pour the remaining batter over the top and smooth it out.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
