Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut off the top of each apple and scoop out the core, leaving a well in the center.

In a mixing bowl, combine the low-fat cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.

Fill each apple with the cream cheese mixture.

In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and brown sugar. Mix well.

Sprinkle the oat mixture over the filled apples.

Place the apples in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
