Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, combine flax seeds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt.

Add water gradually and mix until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the bottom parchment paper with the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.

Cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a pizza cutter or a knife.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
