Low Carb Cheesecake Dessert
Cheesecake is believed to have originated in ancient Greece and was served to athletes during the first Olympic games in 776 BC.
This is vegetarian, gluten free, high protein and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 200 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, stevia, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice and sour cream.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.

Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
