In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.

Fold in the mashed bananas, hazelnuts, and chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
