  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the melted butter and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Brush the rolls with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
