Lingonberry Bars
Lingonberries are a popular ingredient in Scandinavian cuisine and are known for their tart flavor.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for the topping. Press the remaining mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Spread the lingonberry jam evenly over the crust.

In a small bowl, combine the reserved crumb mixture, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the jam.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 30 minutes.

Cut into bars and serve.
