In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until a dough forms.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and almonds.

Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
