Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lime zest, lime juice, and milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
