In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cookies are cooled, dust them with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
