Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam onto the cream cheese mixture. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until set. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour.
