  2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger powder, and lemon zest.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with yogurt and lemon juice. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fresh cranberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
