Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger powder, and lemon zest.

In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with yogurt and lemon juice. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the fresh cranberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
