Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking dish.

In a bowl, crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix in the desiccated coconut and melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

In another bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and eggs until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.

Transfer the lemon coconut squares to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and cut into squares.

Garnish each square with a lemon slice and shredded coconut before serving.
