  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add flour and eggs, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Remove from the pan, cut into bars, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
