Lemon Berry Tartlets
Tartlets are miniature versions of tarts, which are believed to have originated in medieval times.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles to fit into tartlet molds.

Press the crust into the molds and prick the bottoms with a fork.

Fill each tartlet with lemon curd.
