Lemon Bars
Lemon bars are believed to have originated in the United States and are often associated with Southern cuisine. They are loved for their tangy and refreshing flavor.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the crust ingredients: melted butter, granulated sugar, and all-purpose flour. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and all-purpose flour until well combined.

Pour the filling over the baked crust.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for about 1 hour.

Once cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar.
