Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

In another bowl, mix labneh, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the labneh mixture over the cooled crust.

In a saucepan, heat honey and cranberries over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly. Let it cool for a few minutes.

Spoon the honey-cranberry mixture over the labneh layer.

Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour to set.
