  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.

  4. In another bowl, mix labneh, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the labneh mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. In a saucepan, heat honey and cranberries over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Spoon the honey-cranberry mixture over the labneh layer.
  7. Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour to set.
