In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, butter, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball.

Flatten the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a tart pan.

In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, walnuts, brown sugar, cornstarch, orange zest, and orange juice.

Spread the cranberry walnut mixture evenly over the tart dough.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
