  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with crushed hazelnuts and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and flour.
  3. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate hazelnut spread on top and swirl gently with a knife. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  5. Once cooled, spread sour cream over the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and garnish with hazelnuts.
