Kuku Kadoo

Grate the zucchini and onion.

Squeeze out the excess moisture from the grated zucchini and onion.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the grated zucchini, onion, minced garlic, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Pour the zucchini mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.

Cook for about 10 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Flip the kuku kadoo and cook for another 10 minutes on the other side.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Cut into slices and serve.
