Kolacky
Kolacky are traditional Czech and Slovak pastries that are often served at weddings, holidays, and other special occasions.

In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, and cream cheese until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into two portions, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Roll out one portion of the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick. Cut into rounds or squares.

Place a spoonful of fruit jam in the center of each round or square.

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, forming a triangle or rectangle. Pinch the edges to seal.

Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Place the kolacky on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let cool before serving.
