  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, and cream cheese until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into two portions, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Roll out one portion of the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick. Cut into rounds or squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of fruit jam in the center of each round or square.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, forming a triangle or rectangle. Pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
  8. Place the kolacky on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before serving.
