Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, key lime juice, vanilla extract, and flour. Mix well.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.

Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
