  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the eggnog, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Slowly pour the hot eggnog mixture into the egg yolks, whisking continuously.
  4. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the butter, vanilla extract, and rum or bourbon.
  6. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
