  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into thin strips.
  6. Create a lattice pattern on top of the fruit mixture with the pie crust strips.
  7. Brush the lattice crust with egg wash.
  8. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fruit filling is bubbly.
  9. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for at least 1 hour.
  10. Dust the top of the pie with powdered sugar before serving.
