Jelly Puffs
Jelly puffs are also known as profiteroles or cream puffs in some regions.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 35 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.

Mix until just combined.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed and golden.

Allow the puffs to cool completely.

Once cooled, use a sharp knife to make a small slit in the side of each puff.

Fill a piping bag with jelly and pipe a small amount into each puff.
