  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual tart pans.

  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each tart pan.
  5. Dissolve JELL-O Strawberry Gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
  6. Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly, then pour it over the cream cheese layer in each tart pan.
  7. Refrigerate the tarts for at least 1 hour.
  8. Before serving, top each tart with blueberries and sliced strawberries.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream.
