  2. Add oil, salt, and beaten eggs to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts.
  6. Roll each part into a long strand and braid them together.
  7. Place the braided dough on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for another hour.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake the challah for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
