Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

Add oil, salt, and beaten eggs to the yeast mixture.

Gradually add flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts.

Roll each part into a long strand and braid them together.

Place the braided dough on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for another hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the challah for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
