Remove the tea bags and add the jasmine rice to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

Stir in the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, raisins, and chopped almonds. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
