In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeno peppers, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
