  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the jalapeno peppers and cook until softened.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, jalapeno peppers, flour, milk, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  4. Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the souffle is puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
