Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the jalapeno peppers and cook until softened.

In a mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, jalapeno peppers, flour, milk, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the souffle is puffed and golden brown.
