Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Then, whisk in the eggs, vanilla extract, and yogurt.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the mixed fruits.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
