Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Thaw and drain the frozen spinach.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the thawed spinach.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot with tortilla chips or bread slices.
