Inside-Out Mac & Cheese Taco
Mac and cheese tacos are a popular fusion dish that combines the comforting flavors of macaroni and cheese with the handheld convenience of a taco.

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.

In a separate pan, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Stuff each taco shell with mac and cheese, followed by the ground beef mixture. Place the filled tacos in a baking dish.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tacos are heated through.
