  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins with butter.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, flour, amaretto liqueur, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  6. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Dust the tops of the lava cakes with powdered sugar and serve with fresh raspberries on the side.
