Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Peel, core, and slice the apples.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add in the sliced apples and toss until coated.

In a separate bowl, beat the milk and eggs together. Stir in the pie crust mix until well combined.

Pour half of the batter into the greased pie plate. Layer the coated apple slices on top. Pour the remaining batter over the apples.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the pie is golden brown and set.

Let the pie cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
