Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.

Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.

Press the mixture into the base of an ice tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Melt the dark chocolate and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Dissolve the gelatin powder in water and microwave for a few seconds until it becomes liquid.

Fold the whipped cream and gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the ice tray.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
