Add the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the ice cream cones, filling them about 2/3 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Once cooled, top each cupcake with whipped cream and sprinkles.
