Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and green onions.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
