  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Press each ball down slightly to form a cup shape.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the cups chill for 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
  6. Remove the peanut butter cups from the refrigerator and spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cup.
  7. Tap the baking sheet gently on the counter to even out the chocolate.
  8. Return the peanut butter cups to the refrigerator and let them set for another 30 minutes.
  9. Once set, remove the cups from the refrigerator and enjoy!
