In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
