  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
  3. Add the peanuts to the saucepan and stir to coat them evenly with the caramel mixture.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into small squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the caramel-coated peanuts in the center of each puff pastry square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the peanuts, forming small pouches.
  7. Place the puff pastry pouches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the puffs cool for 10 minutes before serving.
