Cut the pears in half lengthwise and remove the cores.

Place the pears cut-side up in a baking dish.

Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Roast the pears in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized.

While the pears are roasting, prepare the ginger mascarpone cream.

In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, grated ginger, and vanilla extract.
