Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a food processor, blend the dates, dried apricots, butter, and honey until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, almonds, and desiccated coconut.

Combine the date mixture with the oat mixture and mix well.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool in the dish for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, slice into squares or bars.
