  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles of desired size.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of fruit jam on half of the rectangles.
  5. Place the remaining rectangles on top of the jam-covered ones and press the edges together to seal.
  6. Use a fork to create a decorative pattern around the edges.
  7. Place the pop tarts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the pop tarts to cool completely.
  10. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pop tarts.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
