Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Combine the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add sour cream, flour, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the cheesecake is set with a slight jiggle in the center.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour to cool slowly.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the chilled cheesecake.
