Apple Caramel Calvados Crepes

In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 2 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Flip the crepe and cook for another 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a separate pan, sauté the sliced apples until softened.

Add caramel sauce and Calvados to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.

Fill each crepe with the apple caramel mixture and fold into quarters.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
