  4. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. In a separate pan, sauté the sliced apples until softened.
  6. Add caramel sauce and Calvados to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Fill each crepe with the apple caramel mixture and fold into quarters.
  8. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
