  2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Stir in the old-fashioned oats.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. In a medium bowl, beat together the powdered sugar, marshmallow creme, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
