  2. Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan until butter melts. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Add the milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Shape each piece into a small bun and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Cover and let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  10. Brush the buns with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
