  1. Boil the potatoes until cooked. Peel and mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and green chili until golden brown.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, and cilantro. Mix well.
  4. Take a bread slice, place a spoonful of the potato mixture on it, and cover it with another bread slice.
  5. Press gently to seal the edges.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
